20-Minute Steak Taco Bowls (Fresh Avocado-Tomato Salsa)

Ingredients
1.25 lb sirloin/tri-tip, thin sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder + 1 tsp cumin
Salt/pepper
1 romaine heart, chopped
Salsa: 2 avocados + 3 Roma tomatoes + 2 tbsp diced onion + lime juice + salt
Optional: jarred salsa, shredded cheese, cilantro
Instructions
Mix avocado salsa ingredients; set aside.
Heat skillet hot with oil. Season steak with chili powder, cumin, salt/pepper.
Sear steak 3–5 min until cooked through.
Build bowls: romaine + steak + avocado salsa (+ toppings).
