20-Minute Steak Taco Bowls (Fresh Avocado-Tomato Salsa)

Ingredients

  • 1.25 lb sirloin/tri-tip, thin sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp chili powder + 1 tsp cumin

  • Salt/pepper

  • 1 romaine heart, chopped

  • Salsa: 2 avocados + 3 Roma tomatoes + 2 tbsp diced onion + lime juice + salt

  • Optional: jarred salsa, shredded cheese, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Mix avocado salsa ingredients; set aside.

  2. Heat skillet hot with oil. Season steak with chili powder, cumin, salt/pepper.

  3. Sear steak 3–5 min until cooked through.

  4. Build bowls: romaine + steak + avocado salsa (+ toppings).
