One-Pan Pork Chops with Garlic Mushroom Pan Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops

  • 8–12 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/2 onion, sliced

  • 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tsp Dijon (optional)

  • Salt/pepper

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt/pepper. Sear 3–5 min/side (to 145°F). Remove to plate.

  2. Add mushrooms + onion to pan; cook 6–8 min. Add garlic 30 seconds.

  3. Add broth (and Dijon). Simmer 3–4 min.

  4. Return pork to pan just to warm. Spoon sauce over top.
